SALES FEES & PROFIT OPPORTUNITIES

Transparent and simple: The presentation / listing of their products is free of charge. Only when your products are sold (and only then) percentage sales fees apply. With increasing annual sales, this fee becomes lower - if you sell a lot with us, you pay less fees. For electronic products, for example, it is 5% with a cumulative annual turnover of 0.00 to 2,000.00 € and 3% from 2,000.00 €. For non-electronic products it is 6% for 0.00 to 2,000.00 € and 4% from 2,000.00 €. Depending on your product portfolio, the fees will be discussed with you individually. The transaction costs of the payment service provider incurred during the sale as well as any costs for currency exchange will be charged to the merchant.

Currency exchange to EUR:

Shipping dealers to myGermany warehouse
The costs for delivery from the supplier to the myGermany warehouse can either be priced into the sales price to myGermany or shown separately. The retailer initiates the delivery to the myGermany warehouse himself, either by purchasing the processing via myGermany or by mapping it out himself. The end customer pays the shipping costs.

WHAT CAN WE SELL OR SHIP?

Permitted and prohibited goods for international shipping. Certain goods may not be transported by air, or only under certain conditions (IATA requirements »).In addition, the customs and import conditions of our destination countries are different. This means that, for example, items with lithium-ion batteries may be imported in India, but not in Vietnam.

myGermany knows these challenges and offers goods for sale only in countries where they can be transported or imported. We only accept items that weigh a maximum of 68kg and can be shipped in a package of max. 120x60x60cm.

Merchants must mark for relevant items regarding the protection of minors, so that they are marked on our platform.
